Background Patients with pre-existing rheumatic diseases may be exacerbated during SARS-CoV-2 infection, or develop new autoimmune features. Furthermore, immunosuppressive agents used to treat autoimmunity-inflammation as well comorbidities can also affect the disease outcome. Objectives To evaluate outcome of after Covid 19 infection in patients diagnosed diseases, under various treatment, effects vaccines against antiviral treatment this sensitive population group. Methods During pandemic, 1493 autoinflammatory who were continuously followed up two tertiaries hospitals northern and northwestern Greece included current study. The compared 769 controls adjustment for age, sex, weight, vaccination status comorbidities. Of patients, 648 had rheumatoid arthritis, 282 psoriatic 173 ankylosing spondylitis, 122 systemic lupus erythematosus, 98 Sjogren’s syndrome, 43 polymyalgia rheumatica, 34 mixed connective tissue overlapping syndromes, 31 vasculitis, 27 sclerosis, 18 myositis, 10 Behcet 5 primary antiphospholipid syndrome 2 Familial Mediterranean Fever. vast majority fully vaccinated (82%) 397 received 94% them vaccinated.
